A space for important discussions, inspiring personalities and new perspectives: This was the feminist panel discussion on International Women's Day 2025 at the FH Salzburg.

On 7 March 2025, an inspiring panel discussion took place at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences to mark International Women's Day. Under the motto ‘Strong Voices: Empowerment for Equity’, the event provided a platform for dialogue about the role of women in our society, activism and equality.
The panellists, including Barbara Blaha (founder of Momentum Institute), Viktoria Eibensteiner (content creator & journalist), Julia G. (digital creator) and Ebru Sokolova (musician and artist), shared their experiences and perspectives with the audience. The discussion was moderated by Julia Schwarzacher.
Schwesta Ebra rocks the stage in the Audimax
A special highlight was the live performance by Austrian musician and artist Schwesta Ebra. She has made a name for herself with her socially critical lyrics and her unique blend of political satire, comedy and rap. Her music often addresses social inequalities, sexism and toxic masculinity, and she uses this as a platform to draw attention to these issues. Schwesta Ebra wowed the audience with her powerful and provocative music during her performance in the Audimax at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.
At the get-together, guests also had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas.
The FH Salzburg would like to thank the speakers and all participants for the successful event and looks forward to future events that further promote dialogue and equality.
