On the international HPV Awareness Day, students and FH employees under 30 can pick up their free vaccination against human papillomavirus directly at the FH Salzburg! HPV can cause cervical cancer, penile cancer, anal cancer and mouth and throat cancer. Around 90% of the population, regardless of gender, are infected with HPV at least once during their lifetime. Vaccination protects you and your sexual partners.
The HPV vaccination campaign is an initiative of the Department of Health Sciences at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences to mark World HPV Day
