As the academic area for "People & Organization Development", we see ourselves as a transfer platform between applied research, teaching and companies. In this way, we enable students to develop professionally, socially and personally as future HR experts, organizational developers or managers. By focusing on topics in which we have special expertise and which we are constantly developing, we want to make a contribution to people, companies in society and in applied research.

The activities of the academic area include courses in the following areas

- Personal Development with a focus on agility & digitalization.
The academic area also conducts research on applied third-party funded research projects in the area of employer branding in tourism and virtual reality to promote new work.
Our research results are published in academic journals such as the European Business Review, the Zeitschrift für Führung & Organisation or the Tourismus Wissen Quarterly. In addition, we publish in renowned practitioner journals such as the Journal of Organizational Development as well as in textbooks.
Furthermore, we regularly participate in scientific conferences such as TTRA, EMAC and EURAM and present our research results there.
