This is true for internal communication, where the aim is to retain, support and develop employees, but also for external communication, where sales offers are communicated to increasingly diverse customer groups, corporate visibility and perception is optimized and strong brands are created.
The International Human Resources Management and Marketing Focus Module offers a comprehensive and people-centered approach that successfully prepares students for future business challenges.

* We strongly recommend exchange students attend the courses Cross Cultural Management and Practice Project offered as part of the Extension Studies Module to complement this module.
To participate in this module, the following requirements must be met:
- Fundamental knowledge of business administration;
- Successful completion of at least one module in Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent at home institution.
