Josue Steele, graduate of the Master's programme Innovation & Management in Tourism, was awarded the Best Paper Award of Pride Biz Austria 2022 for his thesis. Pride Biz Austria, the association for the promotion of the inclusion of sexual diversity in business and the world of work, awards scientific work on LGBTIQ+ every two years.
Bob Paris, an American bodybuilder, author and LGBTQ+ activist, once said, "Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors have an obligation to those who face the same challenge" (n.d.).
